Adventures at Beaver Pond!
Recently I started a new project! It will be a series of paintings chronicling the adventure of a friendly colony of beavers at Beaver Pond(inspired by the beavers of the C&O Canal). Starting with a screen-printed base I have been painting in the details of the beaver's home and their shenanigans. Eventually I intend for this to become of series. The first adventure; Springtime at Beaver Pond will be on display at the Carlisle Arts and Learning Center's Member Show: Dandelion, February 13th- March 14th, 2026. Felix, Dungee, and the Big, Wild World!
Over the course of this year, I have been writing, illustrating, and printing my own children's book. It follows Felix and Dunjee as they wander away from home and meet many wild, exciting animals. This project was completed as a hand-bound book printed using etching and screen printing. Botanical Art Book
This is one of my most recent projects. It is a book of botanical illustrations showing plants at the Indianapolis Zoo. Some of the plants included are a Crown of Thornes, Metallica Palm, and Rattlesnake plant. There is also a page covering the scientific names and some facts about each plant.
